I was in a restaurant and your so disgusting. Fountain soda wasn't look so nice molds are stuck in a ice dispensers.. Molds are everywhere in fountain soda.. This is the cookie dough concrete for $6.29. They either skimped, or they chopped the two meager dough nuggets into 200 pieces. And it’s very small for that price. #Inflationisfun! But super nice staff.. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the first time I have eaten at this Freddy's and the first time I have eaten at a Freddy's in Utah. Unfortunately, I would have to say this was the worse food I have ever received at Freddy's. $.45 extra for a large fry, and it was a half full container. Not to mention they were cold and tasted like they were 100 hours old. I would recommend you work on your quality control. Maybe having your managers learn from locations throughout Texas could help. Have to post about this place. Only been here once before tonight so I needed a little menu walkthrough. The person taking my order in the drivethrough tonight was super patient and very nice. This place is so good. We've never had any complaints about the service - always friendly and great. The burgers are delicious. We never get the fries cause we don't like them. We always get the strawberry shake and highly recommend it. 1 burger and one milkshake is $15, so it's yummy but pricey. Went here for lunch because I have only had it once and it was a loooong time ago. And I have to say.. I wasn’t missing much. The burger was fine. It tasted fresh. There just wasn’t anything special about it. I don’t care for the shoe string fries. It just feels like a rip off. Plus you have to eat a handful to feel like you ate any lol, maybe that’s just my inner fat person. The burgers are also expensive. The Onion rings were probably the best part of the meal. Maybe their signature thing is the custard which I did not venture to get. I would recommend going to Culver’s instead. Their food is awesome and their custard is amazing. I also think it’s cheaper. We have been coming to Freddy’s since we moved here, years ago. Today was our worst experience yet. Air conditioning about froze us out. Customer service was lackluster. Burger was cold. Portions were less than usual. Fruit punch was out, no sign indicating this. Women’s bathroom had broken soap dispenser. Floors and tables were dirty. Not sure we will be back for awhile. Was bringing a family member for the first time. Embarrassing to share our “favorite place.” Please do better. This is a great 60s style diner, with a bright, fun atmosphere. The staff worked hard to keep everything running, and the food came out quickly. The flavors were fun and we liked the steak burgers, chili fries, onion rings, and chicken sandwich. I didn't even try the frozen custard. I will check it out next time. Ugh. Just accidentally deleted my review of this place when I just wanted to update it. Summary was super slow service. Apologies given but 40 minutes for a couple burgers, fries & onion rings? First time there. Was contacted by management later, told the local franchise owner would contact me. He did, said he'd send coupons to have me give them another shot. That was over 3 weeks ago. Still haven't returned. Why? No coupons! 11/07/2017: Have yet to go back. Really surprised how quick Freddy's was to acknowledge their lack of service and do something to make the experience better. Yet nothing they said they'd do actually happened. I would like to try this place again but as of today (3 months after my initial visit) I have no reason to go back. Convince me!
