My time here was amazing. Even though they were extremely busy they still had time to take our order and get our food too us very fast. Nyah, our server was amazing and very helpful. My wife ordered our food online and I picked it up. My wife’s order was totally destroyed the cheese curds were over cooked almost burnt, her drink was totally wrong (she ordered a Pepsi and got Mountain Dew). My fries were cold and my burger looked like they just threw it all together and sent it out. There is no consistency with food and everyone working there seems like they just want to get customers out. (late review) All food was good! Great service as well! Guy at counter was very nice and patient with us, he also cleaned our table when we asked. Food got out quickly as well. Everything tasted amazing, we even went back for dessert! The guy took our order again and made our ice cream! Great experience overall and kid friendly! Freddy's is my favorite place to get a burger. Reasonably priced and the burger and fries are the best! Even with the great food their service is impeccable. Employee Nyah was very attentive and friendly. She personally brought our food to us with a smile and even went to get us ketchup and fry sauce. Will definitely return. The cashiers are always very friendly and the cooks are just as great with customers. It's obvious that the employees are having a great time which personally makes me enjoy the place even more. Food is pretty standard fast food but it's still worth a visit every now and then. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a bite to eat. Freddy’s is always a great place for us to eat when we don’t have time to go and sit down or if it’s getting a little late. We love the fries and cheese curds but the chocolate shake that has ghirradelli in it is the best! didn’t know i liked shakes so mucin! We also love that the burger pattie’s come very thin. Most excellent fast food. Why bother stopping by a McDonald's or Burger King when you could grab a Freddy's steakburger? This place is a step or three above the rest. Excellent range of choices, and friendly employees happy to walk you through the options, which is always appreciated. They even asked me specifically which condiments I wanted. This place is easily in the top three best fast food places on the valley. And the concretes are to die for.
