After seeing a raving video review online from St. Giuseppes, we popped in on a Sunday afternoon after church. The servers were really nice. We had 2 that seemed to be helping one another out. Pizza isn't as good as I remember it being. Not much flavor, and the pepperoni was very greasy. I tried the spaghetti, it was really good. We had a table of 7 and ordered 2 LG pizzas and a spaghetti. 4 out of 7 of us had water, the others soda. The bill was $110!!! YIKES! That's way too expensive. Frank's have been a staple in the area as long as I can remember, great food, fair prices,and good waitstaff, carryout options as well!! Family friendly. Menu has something for everyone!! During our first visit the ample number of visitors showed promise. Our wait for take out wasn't too bad. Of our order, one pizza wasn't really edible. The sausage seemed like an odd crumbly turkey meat. We tried but pushed it aside for the combo sub instead. It was a massive pile of sliced cooked meat on a bun. Not much else but a few pieces of green pepper we located. We tried a little but gave up. Meat lovers may enjoy the large portion. We would have liked additional traditional ingredients on the sandwich. It's called a combo after all. The second pizza , a $14.95 mini, was cheese and several veggies. The taste and crust were fine and it was enough for two. Give Frank's Pizza a try but keep your expectations in check and maybe inquire about ingredients. Grew up in Silvis and have been blessed to enjoy Frank’s for the last 46 years. I’ve tried many menu items and loved them all and never had a bad meal.
