Mongolian Grill Plate Oysters with Lemon Crab Legs with Meat Bun
The food was well prepared and amazing. The hibachi grill was great. I was able to pick whatever meats I wanted, and there was a variety of choices for their vegetables. The sushi was also something that my wife and I enjoyed. They are delicious and tasty as well.

The price for the buffet is way overpriced for the quality of the food. They add a 10% tip at the end of your bill. When we confronted the staff they said it was new. The service was horrible. We were missing one drink and never received it yet we were charged for it on top of it. They never refilled our drinks. At the bottom of our reciept they try to add a how to tip even though the tip is already included.

Omg, all the negative reviews had me nervous to try, but we went anyways! The place is so clean and the buffet is a nice size! We had crayfish, fried chicken wings, BBQ ribs, Chinese takeout style food, and it was all amazing! The prices are great too! The only thing we had a small hangup on was that the food is not steaming hot! But other than that, our server was nice amd the place was great! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Everything
Ah, the allure of an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet! Brings me back to my highcschool days in San Diego. These places could be found everywhere in the lste 90s early 2000s. While the food may not have been the best quality, there were some redeeming qualities at the 4 Season buffet. First the crab legs and fried shrimp were decent, and the hibachi grill offered a nice change of pace. Here i think management could do better with the presrntation of this feature. Instead its hiden in the back. Make this an entertaining area to wait for your food. For those who may not be familiar, hibachi is a style of cooking where a chef prepares food on a large griddle, often performing tricks and stunts with knives and spatulas. They dont do this at the 4 season, though. It would be great because It's always entertaining to watch! Unfortunately, the sushi left something to be desired, with a noticeable lack of freshness and quality. Despite this, I remain hopeful that with a few tweaks and improvements, this restaurant could really elevate their offerings and provide a more satisfying dining experience for customers. Fingers crossed! This is something Hemet needs.

Clean! Food was good, sushi was pretty impressive for a buffet not gonna lie, wonton soup was really flavorful, I loved it. It was $77 for 3 adults on a Saturday afternoon.
