Went to Soddy Daisy location today for a few things as I walked by the area near the restrooms it smelled worse than a fiberglass outhouse in August. I went in and it was absolutely disgusting and I decided to wait. I walked passed the water fountain and it is also gross and filled with tobacco spit. I took a couple pictures and will share them here if when I go back midweek it isn’t corrected.

I use the pharmacy, excellent. They have a Starbucks, and my credit union has an office there as well, great place

I was in the Soddy-Daisy food City and spoke to manager Cade Allison. He was very kind and helpful. It is so good to know that there are managers like him who care. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Tried to cash lottery tickets. Cashier called for manager to come over to cash them. Took a long time for one to show up. When someone came she said she was not on the clock. So I left and went somewhere else. Terrible customer service!

Watch for dates on sales. They advertise several sales in one flyer but they're on different dates. Self check out is easy and works well. People are friendly. Store has many products that you can't find elsewhere.

This particular location doesn't always have the items that are in their weekly ads in stock. I live about the same distance from the Soddy-Daisy Food City and the Food City in Lakesite. I always go to the Lakesite location unless I am having to go to another store in Soddy-Daisy. Because Lakesite always has everything in stock and they even offer items that the Soddy-Daisy location doesn't which makes no sense. Other than that, the employees are always friendly and willing to assist you if you need help

Um...poorly stocked, unfriendly help, and depressed cashiers. I used to love all The Food City locations, but these days, I am spending money where store staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This is NOT that place. Sad to say, but this was a lame grocery stop decision I made on the way home from an event. Never again.
