Last night was my first time at Fleming’s and it did not disappoint. We started with craft cocktails, then moved on the apps, dinner, and dessert. Each course was fantastic. My favorites were the crab cakes, the filet mignon, and the lobster mashed potatoes. We ended the night with a chocolate lava cake and the crème brûlée. Both were amazing. Our server Jason was so attentive and informed on the drinks and the menu. The atmosphere was relaxed and classy. I will definitely be going back. 10/10 would recommend! A fantastic place with really excellent service. The service here really stands out, kudos. The venue has a nice open layout in the main dining room with view into the kitchen. Food overall is very good however the main dinner sides were a little on the bland side. The Chocolate Lava Cake is next level! Would definitely recommend coming back! Amazing time and food! One of the best dry aged prime ribeyes ever. Great lobster bisque soup. Everyone loved their meals as well. 2nd time there and will be back. It was my wife’s birthday and the waiter brought out champagne for everyone and truffle chocolates and cake without me asking. Attention to detail was awesome. 5 stars all around. I took my 95 year old mother, nieces daughter and wife hoping to have a memorable experience. It was memorable for the wrong reasons. While the atmosphere is impeccable visually the booth we sat in reminded me of economy class airline seats. Our server, Kevin was warm, welcoming and professional. The first event was a hair in the butter. I was unable to retrieve it so I passed it off. The second event was a hair in my mouth while eating my salad. Again I was unable to retrieve it so I passed it off again (I am not one that is repulsed by hair but it’s unprofessional). The entrée’s arrived. All of our steaks were cooked to perfection however my mother and I ordered lobster tails which came hammered, like they were cooked during prep and reheated at service, a crime, lobster should be prepared to order. We were provided “new” tails but they reinforced my suspicion of how they are prepared (photo attached-should have moist glistening flesh). My wife found a hair on her plate (she is one that is repulsed by hair in her food as most are) and refused to continue eating. Her plate was replaced without further issues. So, yes, the restaurant addressed all the issues with Kevin’s apologies (for other teams) but I would have expected the manager to visit our table and provide some further accommodation considering the menu price point.
