Came here with a group of work colleagues, and we had a great time! Wonderful atmosphere with excellent service and food. I highly recommend getting the brussel sprouts if you go. They're amazing! The only issue was parking, which required a little bit of diligence and patience to find a spot, but it was definitely worth it! I love Fleming’s! Always great food and service, this visit was a slight exception to previous visits, in the sense that we had to wait 10-15 minutes more after requesting our check. However to our surprise, our server delivered anniversary chocolates with the bill to celebrate our special occasion. A very sweet and thoughtful gesture, maybe just a tad too late. We will definitely be back soon. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Creamed Spinach
Food and service were quite good but it can be quite loud. I prefer their private dining experience but they really need more options. The least expensive option was around 3500 or so and for 10-12 guests it's just a bit pricey for me Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The food and service did not disappoint. Although everything was good, the highlights for me were the lobster, carrot cake, and bread. This place isn’t cheap, but it’s worth an occasional splurge. As a connoisseur of fine dining and exquisite wines, my expectations were high as I stepped into Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Known for its exceptional steak and sophisticated wine selection, Fleming's had been on my radar for quite some time. The promise of a culinary escapade featuring ahi tuna poke stack, crispy maitake mushrooms, filet mignon with lobster, and a distinguished Rosé wine from Rogue Valley in Southern Oregon, was simply irresistible. The ambiance of Fleming’s struck a chord of elegance the moment I walked in. The lighting was warm and inviting, casting a soft glow over the polished wood and fine table settings. My culinary journey began with the ahi tuna poke stack. The dish was a masterpiece of flavors and textures – the freshness of the tuna, the slight heat from the seasoning, and the crunch of the crispy wontons created a harmonious balance that tantalized my taste buds. It was a refreshing start, awakening my palate for the courses to follow. Next, the crispy maitake mushrooms were served. These were not just any mushrooms; they were a revelation. The exterior was perfectly crisp, giving way to a tender, umami-rich interior that was both earthy and subtly decadent. Paired with a delicate dipping sauce, each bite was a delightful exploration of taste and texture. The highlight of the evening, however, was the main course – filet mignon and lobster. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with each slice melting in my mouth, while the lobster was a succulent contrast, its rich flavor and buttery texture complementing the beef exquisitely. It was a dish that embodied the essence of luxury dining, a testament to the culinary expertise of Fleming's. The chosen wine for the evening, 'Two Birds' Rosé from Rogue Valley, was an impeccable match for the meal. Its crisp, fruity notes with a hint of minerality paired beautifully with the ahi tuna and maitake mushrooms, while its subtle complexity and body stood up gracefully to the richness of the filet mignon and lobster. After savoring the culinary delights that Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar had to offer, my attention turned eagerly to their wine list, a crucial element of any gourmet dining experience. As a wine expert, I was looking forward to exploring their selections, and I must say, Fleming's wine list was nothing short of impressive. What caught my eye was the emphasis on quality and variety. Fleming's had managed to strike a delicate balance between popular, well-known labels and unique, lesser-known wines, offering an educational journey for the novice and an exploratory adventure for the connoisseur. This thoughtful curation spoke volumes of their commitment to providing a superior wine experience. The highlight of their collection, for me, was the extensive range of Californian wines, a testament to the rich wine-producing heritage of the region. From the robust Cabernet Sauvignons of Napa Valley to the elegant Pinot Noirs of Sonoma, each bottle was a representation of the terroir and the winemaker's craft. It was evident that Fleming's took great pride in showcasing the best of what California had to offer. As I perused the wine list, I also appreciated the range of options available by the glass. This was ideal for diners who wished to sample different wines or for those who preferred not to commit to a full bottle. The by-the-glass selections were diverse, allowing guests to easily explore different styles and regions. As the meal drew to a close and I took the last sips of the Rosé, I reflected on the experience. Fleming's had not only met but exceeded my expectations. The combination of the exquisite food, the perfectly paired wine, and the elegant atmosphere made for an unforgettable evening. Leaving Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, I felt a sense of satisfaction that only comes from a dining experience where every element is executed flawlessly. It was an evening that affirmed my love for gourmet dining, leaving me with memories of flavors and moments that I would savor long after. The steak is really delicious. The dessert is also delicious. There are no side vegetables with the steak, so you have to order them separately. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
