Food is always so good. Steak is best I've had. Service from the wait staff is excellent but it's hard to get reservations same day and even a day in advance. We have been told the bar is reserved before but when we walked in the bar was a ghost town. Not sure could be staffing issues? Hit or miss on getting a reservation so 4 stars. Called to make reservations at this restaurant and the owner was very nasty on the phone. She was unable to accommodate our group which is absolutely ok but the way she spoke to my husband was unbelievable for an owner, so we are glad we aren't going there anyways. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Reservation ONLY, due to staffing so call ahead. All things considered the whole dining process was a little over a hour and as much as the atmosphere was relaxing and service commendable the experience in total was a bit disappointing mainly due to the food and you can't judge 1 thing 1 time but outside the bread nothing really impressed me here. Owner is VERY RUDE!! our first visit here she said it’s reservations only and almost did not seat us even though there was only 2 other customers. After dinner she said to make sure to make reservations next time. Today we called to make a reservation and she said they don’t take specific time reservations ?!?! What the heck?? Does she want people to make a reservation or what? If she doesn’t want to take customers then why be in business at all. I have to say the old woman/owner at the bar is actually one of the most obnoxious human beings i have ever dealt with. If you walk into this place and you are under 60 everyone including the staff will look at you in horror because they are so old and confused they think they are at the old folks home and wonder how their grandkids got there. Before you say anything the owner will start cutting you off saying reservation only reservation only. They are listed on uber but if you order on uber you won't get your food they don't even know how they got on uber when they had to sign up. Genuinely one of the most unpleasant stops in my time ubering. They say limited staff is the reason and it is very clear why the staff is so limited. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENT TO ME its your business, you call uber if you can't be bothered to make any effort to fix the confusion yourself then you don't care enough about your business for anyone else to. Wonderful experience. Our family has been eating here for 30+ years. We had my grandparents 50th anniversary, our wedding rehearsal dinner, and every time we are in the area we take my parents here. If there was a place like this near where we lived, we would eat there 2x per month. Please note the photos were from October 22, 2022 (for menu prices, etc). The petite filet remains at 48 dollars for 8oz, cooked to perfection. The photos are of Veal Marsala, Chicken Marsala, Filet Mignon and Cheesecake. Try it, you will not be disappointed. Great experience! First, I appreciated that when we made a reservation, the woman on the phone explained the kitchen is short staffed and there is a wait on meals. Everything is made to order, so this is not a problem, but transparency is appreciated to set expectations accordingly! Devina provided outstanding service. She was so kind and accommodating and attentive to our needs. She made excellent recommendations for food and drinks which we took and we were happy we did! She made this experience memorable. Yesterday was Mom and my first visit to Flavio's. We were hungry for a good Italian meal and they didn't disappoint! We didn't know that reservations were required; the young woman greeted us upon entering explained the policy politely. She offered to speak to her boss to see if they could accommodate us. A couple of minutes later she returned saying that it was no problem because they were slow that night (it was a Sunday evening). Devina was our waitress. Talk about awesome service and very personable! She made sure we were happy with every aspect of our visit. My Mother has special dietary concerns and she worked with the cook to make sure things were right. Talk about going out on the limb! Flavio's has a true gem with Devina. The food itself was nothing short of just awesome! You can tell it was homemade. What a difference. It made it feel like you were at home enjoying Grandma's homemade dinner.
