This place is GREAT! I drive across town a couple of times a week and stock up. I love the taste of their load teas. I have fibromyalgia and these get me to move. How much more can you ask for. The customer service is really great. You can also get meal replacement. Check them out you will love them.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of tea and shake options to choose from. The teas and shakes are healthy and delicious.

The people at FirstLite Nutrition were so upbeat and friendly I told them I needed energy and they asked what do you like.... I said sweet and tart. Boom! Shortly thereafter.. I’m back at school with the energy of a middle schooler.. I’ll definitely be back....
