Best sandwiches around but; Tried going there when their posted hours said they're open until 9p. Luckily we called first but he said they closed at 7p that night. Ok, then, but I guess you should update your web hours? Tried going on a Sunday night instead. Got there at 630p and the sign said they closed at 7p. Plenty of time to sit down and eat a sandwich. The girl who took our order said "we're only doing takeout orders because we close at 7." This meant we had to order them to go. Super lame and I've never heard of this before. I really don't want to eat my sandwich in the car, so I ended up eating a cold one instead at home. Yeah, I know, first world problems, right? But I also pay first world prices ($15 for a large) for the convenience of having a place to eat a hot sub with 20 minutes left until closing time. Sounds to me like staff intends to always lock up and have lights out at 7p on the dot. Again, super lame. Probably won't go back. Best Subs and the crew is so friendly. If you are looking for a mouth watering, reasonable-price sub go for the medium size. The Mac and cheese was delicious and so far two visits and the consistency is spot on. I tease they make the best subs but I really could be telling the truth. They are a great choice over Subway or even should I say Moe's All I know is it's a great option for food and atmosphere and you have the opportunity to support Fireman with every purchase. Tried the new chicken meatball sandwich it was dry and tasted like cardboard. On the advertising it shows the meatballs in tomato sauce but there was no sauce on the sandwich. My hands were dry and clean after eating the sandwich. Very disappointed 😞. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 1

Never going back. Disinterested clerk was obviously stoned and took his sweet time sucking on his sippee cup right at the register. Customer comes last. Customer doesn't come back. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

My favorite Firehouse Sub location. Very clean and the staff is super friendly. The sandwiches and salads are really delicious! You can sit down here and be served your meal after you order at the register. Easy access and plenty of free parking.

Clean environment. Friendly helpful service. Alot of food for the price. Amazing flavors. They cleaned the clean tables, and helped take away the trash when we were done. Order at counter and they bring the food to the table.

I had never been to Firehouse subs and thought I would give it a try. I was in the midst of traveling to a campground for the evening and thought I'd try their Italian and see how it was. It was a nice big sandwich, but there was just something a bit off about it. Maybe I just didn't care for the Italian dressing they add on? I'm not a big sauce/condiment person, but it sounded good at the time. There was a ton of meat on the sandwich and not much for veggies... which for some probably sounds like a dream sandwich. Just wasn't one for me I guess. Next time I'll have to try one of their hot sandwiches. The staff was great and the atmosphere was nice. Good, clean restaurant. Firehouse Subs in Biddeford is our new go to on our way to Southern Maine. Subs are always delicious and consistent no matter what day or time you stop by. Firehouse is not your typical sub shop. Meats are lean and delicious. Toppings are fresh and plentiful. The wheat bread is flavorful and fresh. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Absolutely the best sub chain going.
