Exceptional food with a rotating menu, their own incredible beer, ciders, and seltzer's on tap with seasonal options always coming online. The brussels are a must, each visit. I would definitely consider the food a fusion experience, with some classics mixed in, giving everyone something to enjoy. The last visit my wife had Chilaquiles, which I would describe as a Huevos Rancheros mixed with nacho, she let me have some and I will be ordering that next time for sure! My son had the Jam On Flatbread, and I had the Crabrangoon Flatbread, both were incredible! If you're looking for a new place to try check them out.

I love the rotating menu! There are comfort foods like sloppy joes and shepherds pie and things that take me out of my comfort zone and expand my palate like the poke bowl and 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗠𝗔𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗧. Additionally, the staff is awesome. Very happy they're part of the Ballard community.

Great food and beer!! Impressive selection and quality of house nanobrewery beer! A big brew list for a smaller place! You'd be missing a hidden gem if you overlooked this place for excellent food too!! Great, creative selection of very high quality dishes! Not at all the typical commercial brewery/bar menu or quality. Creative dishes with great ingredients shine! Menu changes seasonally. Specials and desserts change weekly too! Great outdoor patio space in back! Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

This is a great place to stop for delicious craft beer. You can get flights of 3 or even pay by the taster. My favorite beer I tried this past weekend was their Imperious Hux with Peppers Imperial Stout.

Food was very good. Staff was helpful and attentative to our needs. It was a very good place to go that was a bit different from our norm. We will go again and recommend it to friends.

This is a hidden gem for beer lovers with a twist. Even for non beer people there are many choices with some fruity additions. Jess Chilling was very good and its Hazy IPA with refreshing twist. They have rotating hard ciders and they make their own in house sodas. They also have beer based cocktails. Pretzel 🥨 was fluffy and decent. Prices are affordable and a great indoor seating and patio.

I must say, this place was absolutely incredible! I cannot stress enough how much I recommend trying the Salchipapas here. Not only were the owners incredibly cool, but their son is a true genius when it comes to brewing. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

What a fun find as we made our way through Iowa! Great service, delicious food, wonderful beer, and employees that enjoyed their jobs! Would make our way off of I 35 to stop there again in the future!

While out biking, i found this gem of a brewery. Talked with owner and she was a fantastic host and it was great sharing brewery stories. This place has some very good and unique craft beers. Not just basic beers, but really good craft brew. A small kitchen for snacks, but if you love craft beer and fond yourself in Huxley, IA STOP in. Keep up the great work!
