UPDATE: gave them another try 1/25/24. My salad contained ROTTEN, brown, slimy lettuce 🤮. Definitely will never go back again!!! Quality has REALLY gone downhill. Their Alfredo sauce tastes like it was made with water. Their grilled chicken would have been good if it hadn't been overcooked and way over seasoned. Dustin and Teresa were great. My first time in a Fazzolis restaurant. The service exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh and hot; The salad was cold and crisp. Fast, friendly service. We ordered the super family meal and it was served within 5 minutes! Dining room floor was a little dirty, but not terrible. Love the breadsticks!!!
