This Italian place was spectacular. We had bruschetta for an appetizer, and it was great. I had shrimp pesto, and my father had sausage rigatoni. The Pesto was seriously really good as that is one of my favorite sauces, but this one was particularly good. I can't say for the other one, but my father thought it was really good as well. My recent dining experience at Fattoria was, unfortunately, far from satisfying. From the underwhelming dishes to the lackluster service, it left much to be desired. The highlight of disappointment was the pesto past dish- a flavorless concoction that failed to live up to the menu’s promises. It seemed as if the chef had abandoned any attempt at seasoning, leaving me questioning the quality of their ingredients. And the lasanha, extremely salty. Very impressive menu and authentic Northern Italian cuisine. Outstanding wine list. Very attentive service. Lily was most professional and helpful. Let us try several wines. Owner constantly comes around to make sure customers are enjoying. Lovely decor and the homemade complimentary Lemoncello capped off a very impressive dining experience. So…short story long. I really wanted to come eat at this establishment. We called at 6:30 and they don’t close till 9. The phone was answered and we were put in hold for 20-30 min. We ended up calling back because we really wanted to dine in but decided to just order pick up. The gentleman (and I use gentlemen loosely) answered and we asked if they could accommodate 3 people, he literally and abruptly said “ma’am I can’t hear you” we stated again what we were looking for and his response was curt and rude “NO” we then asked if we could order pick up and again curt and rude “NO” followed by a we are really swamped. All and all after that interaction I wouldn’t have wanted to dine in this place with the initial response being so rude. Again this is my experience. I hope you get a better response. Service: 1
