Been looking forward to trying Fat burger for the first time. Very disappointed ☹️. Burger meat lacked seasoning and the chille fries were soggy. Not sure I'm willing to give them another try. Was very busy but might be due to the only burger place on site.

Wow! What a mouth-watering burger! Juicy, flavorful, and so tasty!! The fries tasted like McDonald’s used to, and service was fine. I would definitely go back for one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!

5 stars for the burgers, only draw back is that place smells like smoke, and I am a former smoker. Get your food to go if it bothers you, well worth it.

The first time I came, I noticed the line was pretty long and I figured it was really good. So I walked around a bit and built an appetite. Once I got the food, which didn’t take too long, it was just ok. Nothing too crazy. I did like they don’t put salt on fries, that way it can be to your taste. Some places are not consistent. Fatburger is my favorite burger joint. This location didn’t have the chargrill so you can only get the burgers fried. Their fried burgers are just ok. I have been ordering them and enjoying them on the char for over 25 years. So this experience was disappointing — chili cheese burger with everything on it is the greatest burger when char grilled! This pace gave me the sloppiest burgers I have ever had from Fatburger … The young lady that took my order was very pleasant to interact with and boy, boy, boy - her nails were so perfectly manicured ! However, when I got home and looked at my two combo meals which where $15/each for 2 turkey burger combos I was so upset! I drove all the way from Chandler to the casino because my wife had a craving- just to be let down ! They really should be ashamed of themselves! I love Fatburger but I will NEVER go there again unless for a refund, unless they hire new COOKS ! Absolutely detestable! I only have one star because at least I got napkins and I guess I’ll add a second star for the young lady that took my order ! I hardly ever leave a bad review- this is maybe the third one in my entire 40+ years of living ! Hopefully no one else has to experience this !
