Had the big cheese combo. Its was really good. I liked the fries. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. First time there, I went because I had a coupon so it was nice surprise. We are never disappointed here. Food was perfect. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. For the price of today's food this was worth its price. Quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. Will come back when we are coming thru town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a terrible experience; our waitress was rude and does not think about her guests. We ordered two hot meals and a Cobb Salad. She brought our food to the table minus the shake and ranch for the salad. My daughter asked her for the ranch, and she replied, "I'll be right back with that." Meanwhile, she went back to the kitchen to make the shake. We would not eat our food when someone at the table could not, so we waited patiently. After about 4 minutes (as our hot food was getting cold), I approached the counter and asked her for our ranch. At first, she ignored me, then replied (in a rude tone), "I'll be right there." I replied, "I don't care as much about the shake as the ranch. We are unable to start our meal without it." She scoffs, stops making the shake, grabs two containers of ranch dressing, places them on the counter (out of my reach), and returns to making our shake. The entire time, she would not make eye contact with me. I returned to the table and started eating. My wife's food was cold by then and unenjoyable. It took another 5 minutes or so for her to return with the shake. the waitress avoided making two trips to our table because of laziness or not thinking about a guest. That caused us to have cold food. Then, she made me seem out of line for even asking her for the ranch dressing.
