It's has been a few years since we had been to Fajita Jacks, so we thought we would drive over to Conroe and see if they were still as good as they use to be. Boy were we impressed not only are they as good but better! Our waiter Freddy was super and l loved joking around with him. Super good service Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Freddie was a fantastic addition to our meal. He made us laugh, was personable and made us feel welcome! We love coming here to watch the lake. My son got the burrito special and I got fajitas and the food was great as always! Definitely a place we frequent often even if we live a little bit away. Food was pretty good and the view was awesome! Right on the water. Really enjoyed the margaritas as well. However, the service was by far the best part! Freddie was our server and couldn’t have made it a better experience. Super friendly, funny, and all around personable. This guy needs a raise for sure! Nice view of the lake and good food! I had the Marco pollo and it was good! Very flavorful and filling. My partner had fajita beef nachos made to his liking. First time, location is great and beautiful. They have view to the lake and tables outside (the hot weather did not allow to enjoy outside) but I will come back in fall :) the service was good, staff polite but a little slow and take long time to check the table to see if something was needed. The food very good as the drinks. The green sauce with chips was delicious!!!! Kids menu was good. I will come back to try other items that looks delicious. My wife and I love Fajita Jacks on Lake Conroe. An overlooked style of drinks are the Bulldogs. My wife orders a Bellini Bulldog every visit, but it is a one and done drink given how much liquor is in it. I order the Moon Dog, an orange flavor margarita with a Blue Moon in it. Their Tilapia Del Mar is phenomenal. I also love their fajitas and a personal favorite that they modify is to order the Florida Burrito as a Chimichanga. We went on a week night and sat outside on the patio. There are boat docks and a deck below the eating deck to sit and enjoy the view. They have vending machines with fish food and they have circle cut out of the deck with a rail around it where you can feed the fish. We had the fajitas and the meat was cooked perfectly. The tortillas were warm and fresh and the beans and rice were tasty. The white cheese dip was delicious! I had a house Rita for $7 (happy hour price) that was just okay. I always return to a place with a good house margarita but I don’t know I would come back for this one. I love a good margarita…one that I don’t have to make choices just to order! Just make a good margarita and bring it to me. The chips were crispy and I liked the salsa. Our waitress was very attentive and the food came out quickly. Consistently good. This restaurant is perfect on a nice day. They have a huge patio and it sits on Lake Conroe. Most of the tables have lake views even inside. We have never waited more than five minutes for a table and we’ve been coming here for at least seven years. My son likes the grilled beef fajitas. My other son likes the grilled shrimp tacos. They also have grilled fish tacos. I like tortilla soup with a side of avocado. Everything I have had is very good. You can dock a boat outside if you were coming via the lake. They also have homemade tortillas. This is a fun place to have some margaritas, or a great family restaurant. Good service. Great salsa.
