one of my favorite places but I think until today! My wife and I arrived and the sign said open. In fact, there was a customer inside. When my wife was getting out of the car, the girl literally ran to the front, turned off the sign and basically closed the door in our faces, but it's okay. Bro, what the heck happened to your boba tea?! I just ordered the Tiger MilkTea, and within a few months, it went from having a balanced flavor and decently chewy boba the last time I visited to today's chalky and straw-clogging boba! I'm glad y'all got a drink sealer, but the boba clumped so bad that I had to completely mangle the drink just to finish it! Management needs to undo whatever string of decisions just ruined the MilkTea! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
