My husband and I did the tasting experience last night, and it did not disappoint! Every single detail from start to finish was amazing! The food was impeccable, the drinks were perfectly paired with each course, and the service is truly one-of-a-kind. Some of the best food, if not the best food, we have ever experienced! Also, it has to be noted that the kitchen staff works so smoothly and calmly together. Such a pleasure to watch them as they created many masterpieces throughout the evening.

I live in Dallas and feel like I am in a great food city. I also travel a great deal worldwide and I think I have found a few decent places in my life. This place is top notch in everyway. It could be in any city anywhere. Elkhart is not NYC or Chicago but this place would be fine there.
The food outstanding. Service outstanding. The personalities of the staff outstanding. My mother who lives there is a regular and she raves on and on about it. She is spot on it it great. The owner is there amongst the staff serving and hands on front of house leader. The chef creation like the steak tartar Chicago stylw was incredible. Who would think to try that? Wow! Creative.
I am a huge rum and sometimes whisky guy. Their selection of whisky is global. They had some Japanese favs and US staples and all in between. Here is where they got me on the bar. Besides the bar manager and his assistant who were just greatness with knowledge and conversation they also had about 10 rums. Even in DFW getting an aged rum is hard. It is usually a well and sometimes a dark. Aged is hit or miss. They had a long aged and two shorter aged rums one from Venezuela. It was awesome on a rock cube.
Entree wise steak was great. Aged chef strip special on spinach and served with roasted potatoes. Wow! So tender and having just had a steak in a fancy Dallas place this one was better texture. No pulling it out of your teeth but a easy bite with fantastic butter on top.
If you are in the area hit this place up! Heck if you were going to South Bend this gem is worth the 20 min drive. Don't expect TVs with ESPN at the bar but a dinning experience that does not require something to entertain you. The food and spirits do all the work. Also, there is a chefs table in the kitchen that looked like a great experience with a multi course experience.
Can't wait to go back!

Atmosphere is unlike anything in Elkhart. Phenomenal food and very professional yet personal service. Would highly recommend.
