The bread, at the bottom and outer layer, is generously sized, and you can truly taste its essence!
The meat is tender, juicy, it melts on the tongue; with each chew, more flavors emerge. As for the sauce, it is present but not overpowering, enveloping the dish and enhancing it instead of masking it. This allows the meat to shine. You can taste the meat’s unique flavor; nothing is overwhelming, rather like a symphony playing a new act with every bite. And if you let yourself, you forget, losing yourself as time stands still.
Expanding on the ambiance, one gazes from the balcony and sees life passing by, enveloped in colors that embrace you.

Definitely the best place to eat if you’re in this part of the city. The food is amazing, really good quality and nicely balanced. The staff’s politeness and on point service is the best I’ve experienced in Istanbul. Since it’s a family run restaurant, you really see and feel how they are trying around every guest.
I came a few times during my stay and each time they also give you some appetizers on the house to try.
P.S. it’s on the first floor (you have to take some 5/6 steps on the side to access their terrace) so don’t mistake them for the restaurant on the ground floor!
