As always Every Man has very friendly staff. Every time I've been in there both in the new place plus the previous location always helpful always friendly. Today I got the Mocha which was great I thought about trying to tacos, but I might say that for next time. The only thing that set this review lower would be the ambient music which was pretty loud, not a great place if you want to have any sort of meeting where you talk to someone or if you need to focus on work. Maybe if it was more chill music, but this was definitely Hype music. Not my jam but maybe it's yours 😊 Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Our experience with EM’s groom services was, unfortunately, a poor one. For a bit of background, I’ve been using their barbering service for over a year, and have always had an incredible experience. I’ve always generously tipped my barbers because they’ve always provided excellent service. I cannot, however, say the same for their groom services. We initially had a brief consultation with the owner of the company, months before the wedding. It was during this meeting that we discussed dates, chose our colors, and picked out our groomsmen gifts. This was the first time I voiced my concerns about their process. The way their services work, regardless of when you’re measured for your suit, you receive the suits 10-14 days before the wedding, by mail. Any replacements, would be ordered and mailed during that 10-14 day window. Because we chose to get married between Christmas and the New Year, I was concerned that there may be shipping issues. My concerns were very quickly dashed and I was sent on my way. To keep a long story as short as possible, after expressing my concerns multiple times regarding the timeline, the receipt of the suits was more than stressful. Three out of four suit measurements were so far out of whack that two out of those three were unable to even verify our waist measurements because of how short the pants had been ordered. It’s also worth noting here that the only suit that fit anywhere close to properly was for the groomsmen that had his measurements done elsewhere. We also had delays in receiving our replacements to the point that one groomsmen didn’t even receive his replacement shirt until two days after the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, my consultant became more and more difficult to get into contact with. He would have multiple days off work during the middle of the week which made it very difficult to get questions answered or issues addressed promptly. As it turns out, these were only the beginning of our issues. My wedding was over two months ago, and I have yet to receive my groomsmen gifts. This is another long story, but I will keep it as short as possible. About five days before the wedding, I received a call stating that my groomsmen gifts were ready. When I got there, I was presented with a shadow of what I had ordered. I’d ordered monogrammed canvas and leather overnight bags, but received polyester gym bags of a completely different color and material. I received a partial refund about two weeks after my wedding and was promised that the correct order would be in soon. In a shocking turn of events, this was also an empty promise and I’ve still not received my groomsmen gifts (again, two months past my wedding date). At the time of writing this review, it’s taken over eight weeks and multiple requests to get them to agree to issuing a full refund. As of today, I’ve been refunded a total $571. My overall cost associated with this service was just south of $800. My consultant has since been let go, and my correspondence has been directly with the owner. During this correspondence, I’ve received a fair amount of attitude. Most specifically, when I received a reply to an email updating the owner on the situation because my consultant had been let go stating, “I already have your payment, if I didn't care I'd just move on and let you be upset.  Clearly, not the direction I've chosen.” This has been long winded but, in summary, I would not recommend anyone to use their groom services for their wedding unless, of course, you enjoying being stressed out, disappointed, and gas lit into believing that “Everything will be fine, I promise.”
