Everytime i go at 8am, they’re is never anyone there and not open. It says they open at 8am. It’s a bummer because i go out of my way before work. It’s happened 3 or 4 times now. Just wish they had an updated time :(

I got the protein waffle and to be completely honest it was a bit of a let down, the waffle was very soft but the egg flavor definitely overwhelming over all not bad but okay. Super cozy place and nice staff. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

WOW! I have never really been to a place like this, but went post workout with my friend! It was soooo yummy, and so healthy! The shake was a meal "replacer" and kept me satisfied until lunch time. Also got a clean energy tea, so hydrating especially post workout.100/10 recommend, and they're a local business! support local!
