I thought by the size of the menu that the food would just be okay because there's just so much to list. Whenever she recommended the birria quesadilla I was pleasantly surprised that everything was amazing. I had never had it before but it was delicious. And the server was very sweet. My only issue with El Tap the one on the Hill is the man who takes payment. He is tall. Sorry, I don't know his name. I don't know why he doesn't like me. I always tip generously. I never cause a fuss. And he's rude when he takes my money. So I probably won't be back just because of how rude the man who takes my payment for my meal. A few times, he has way overcharged me, I didn't make a fuss, I just paid my ticket. The wait staff is always sweet and even helps me with my Spanish that I am trying to learn. Many times, I do come in alone because my husband is working, and I just need a taco. Because of that, I always tip generously I don't think I will be back because he has been rude to me several times.
