Went in about 4pm on a Saturday, was turned away due to them full filling a large order. There were about 4 people in the restaurant eating. I was told it would take an hour. Open sign on outside. I’ve been going here for a while and loved it but with this service I will not take the chance again of being turned away due to them filling a large order. They could have taken the time for us . Party of 4. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It’s ok. Way overpriced for the food. Not the best around. Men’s bathroom is absolutely disgusting and urinal was overflowing with some kind of dark substance…no light in bathroom stall. Stay away from the bathroom. $56 for chori pollo, a large queso, chicken, rice and cheese w/ 2 soft drinks. I was charged $3 for a side of sour cream and $1.99 for lettuce. Have always enjoyed El Rancho Grande! Just dropped by late and wanted a snack of their most delicious white cheese and bean dip and chips - best around! I also enjoy their Parilla Mexicana for 2 - delish! My family enjoy coming here.
