El Pueblito is a Tex-Mex style restaurant on the northeast edge of Coffeyville, KS. The restaurant is clean and in generally good condition. The food was good. I had Tacos Carne Asada. The meat was tasty but a little bit dry as it was chopped a little too finely for my taste. Chips were good and salsa was acceptable though not remarkable. Service was fine. First and last time i will visit this establishment. Food was ok and whe i say ok it was barely that and the service was horrible. Was seated immediately but waited over 20min to take my order, while others beside me came in after me, gave their order and was served their order before my order was taken.
