Very long line. Steak (Boricua al Plato) was absolutely not as pictured. It was cut into small pieces and about half the size of what is pictured online. There were maybe 8 French fries and some lettuce and tomatoes. The food was tasty but it for sure was not dinner. If you choose that dish you need another dish. Otherwise you will remain hungry. I would rather download the app or go inside. I would recommend the steak dish as an appetizer. I would go again as it was good and now I know the tiny portions. For $8. It wasn't too bad.

Amazing quality sandwiches, very fresh and well made. Customer service is truly the best, there is a worker who waits for customers to leave the table and then they clean it quick, so there is never a messy or dirty table. The sandwiches are so delicious and good size portions. The coffee is so fresh and well brewed. It’s right off the main highway between Ponce heading towards Cabo Rojo. Plenty of other options too, so if someone in the group/family wants something else, there’s a subway, Burger King, and a few other places within a few feet.

This franchise is akin to Subway in the US. In fact, they share a building in this location.
El Mesón is much better than Subway, and this one definitely proves it. The sandwiches are served on local bread, and there are many some interesting options.
I chose a salad, and my companion got a ham sandwich with fries and a soda. Yes! They serve the sandwiches with fries as a set menu. The greens in the cranberry chicken salad were fresh served and the dressing did not overpower the salad.
Overall, it is a great place for a somewhat healthy lunch or dinner.

Loved eating at this place. Coming from Michigan, we don't have Meson Sandwiches around that area and we thoroughly enjoyed different bread with veggies sandwich.
