Great food , fast service & friendly staff. Good margarita too 👍 I like the way they make the house salsa chunky & w some zip , small details like that show they care. Ignore suspicious bad 'reviews' with no photos - if you leave these hard working folks a bad review then you can go back to the dumpster behind taco bell where you came from 🤨 Neat artwork on the walls too. Such an improvement from former location! Just lovely in everyway & they do not disappoint with such a full menu! I've not been back to Winfield in a good while. It was so good to see their thriving business! Dedication to working hard pays off! This place used to be customer oriented, friendly, happy staff who made your dining experience enjoyable. Those standards are gone! From the time you walk in, they have a young girl running the register who doesn't know how to smile and could care less about your experience or providing good service. I had a previous incident with the same girl who took it upon herself to 'add up' to my original tip amount. She was inconvenienced when I ask for a receipt. It's been months since I've been back but my recent experience was the same, very disappointing. The guy answering the phone for my to-go order, couldn't understand a simple question in English. Coupled with the rude greeting I recieved when picking up my order is unacceptable. I felt like I was an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. Dont get me started on never getting a detailed receipt. Sadly, I do not see any redemption or effort being made to change. We will not be going back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
