The ElDorado kitchen serves delicious food. We ordered steak and eggs, french toast and bacon. The steak was ordered medium but it came out medium well. Although it was a little overcooked, the dish was pretty good. I enjoyed my french toast. The fruit on top was a little tart and the flavor of the fruit on the sweet french toast was perfect! Best breakfast in Sonoma. Open 7 days a week. Consistently good. We spent more for inedible breakfast at Sunflower last month. Two had French toast and I had egg white omelet. I should have know that this place would not be very good, when during restaurant week they had a lot of tables available. Anyway, I ordered a simple chopped salad priced at a whopping $22.00. Along with being the size of an appetizer portion, it was tasteless. There were no bluecheese crumbles and the bacon was so miniscule I could barely see it. Honestly, at that price, I expected a robust tasty salad. The restaurant does have a lovely outdoor seating area and the indoor dining area is almost pretty. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I'm still new(ish) to Sonoma and finally got around to dining here. I shouldn't have waited so long. All our dishes were fantastic, tasty and nicely presented. We had starters of Roasted Maitake Mushrooms and the housemade Focaccia and Cornbread, and then split the Filet Mignon main and finished with the molten chocolate lava cake. Plus delightful cocktails and wine. It was all excellent. Our Server Spencer was spot on with our questions and her recommendations, and provided great service.
