Food was out of this world!!! My first visit wasn’t that great with the tacos but my grandpa wanted to try this place so i gave this place a second chance! Our Waitress Which i had to get her name off a young server who was working a shift with her. Me and My 81 year old grandpa walk in and patiently wait to be seated. But my grandpa decided to walk towards the restroom and this prune of a waitress Yelled “You need to wait to be seated!!” in a aggressive tone. : Now i understand it’s a restaurant you’re busy during Lunch rush hour but that kind of attitude is unnecessary. The whole time we were there i kept overhearing The waitress grope and complain about how busy she was and very impatient with Us i had to keep asking the other waiter (who was very pleasant and nice to us) for Necessities Such as The bill, Togobox, Silverware , Etc. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or Just has a poor attitude all around But She needs to be gone IMMEDIATELY SHE IS RUINING YOUR RESTAURANTS NAME!!! We enjoyed a delicious Valentine’s special here! It was our first time going and we weren’t disappointed! Our server was pleasant, food was hot and tasty, prices are reasonable, portions were large and the atmosphere was happy! Food and seating area is top notch!!! Service however sucks The old lady with glasses and young blonde haired girl both have personality’s of a paper thin drywall and look miserable to be there. Service did not make me feel welcomed and won’t be back and advise others to do the same. GO TO SPARTANBURG TO EAT MEXICAN IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. Terrible Terrible Acp!!! Didn’t even taste real and what you served tasted like rubber from a blown tire, the meat didn’t even taste real and to be $15 i could not believe it this place is nothing but just a joke!!! serving what it seems to be artificial foods with additives. Second visit to give another try. Very small portions and the food was bland. Extra charge for everything, including cheese. Salsa has too much black pepper in it. Undercooked onions on food items. Beef in the tacos was hard to find and no cheese on it without paying extra. Charged for ice water. Small nowl of cheese dip is so tiny for the cost. Had to get up and ask for refills. We couldn't eat ot but we paid for it and left. Staff is rude and so is the remarks for non flattering reviews of this place please read them!Food is much more flavorful with excellent service in Spartanburg at other Mexican restaurants. Las pupusas y el menudo es muy rico, pero parece que tuvieran favoritismo, bueno esa fue nuestra experiencia de hoy, llegamos y ni la bienvenida nos dieron y no se acercaron a preguntarnos qué comeríamos 😬 👎🏼 mi consejo es que cambien de meseras, pongan gente más amable y tolerante… Food: 2
