there was soo many little flys alllll over the bagels. I had already started ordering so i didn’t know what to do and was honestly shocked so i just went along w the process anyways. when she grabbed the bagel even more flys appeared swarming around the bagels. Called in for a complicated to go order at 6 am, workers killed it and had it ready in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful, thank you!

You've got to be kidding me!!! We waited in line and finally got to the register to order. I told the attendant what I wanted and she left the till and proceeded to fill an order. She then returned and told me I needed to wait in line. I said I had already been waiting and she pointed to the end. The attendant next to her saw the whole thing and didn't say anything. I said again we've already waited in line and need to place our order, she then just left the counter, the other attendant proceeded to help the people behind us!!! Will NEVER visit here or any other Einstein Bagel place again. Rediculous!!

Today was our first time to Einstein Bros. Bagels. My husband and I both tried the bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon, avocado, tomato, and egg whites. The bagel sandwich was delicious and the ingredients were consistent all the way through. The staff was extremely friendly and we received our food quickly. We will definitely be back.
