Husband and I were in the area doing laundry, we wanted to grab a quick breakfast and tried this place; our first time & not our last. Everyone from the drive thru to getting our food was nice, patient, and kind. Bonus, food was delicious too. We ordered a Juice, a mocha drink, the farmhouse bagel sandwich & I got the texas brisket.

I showed up 1:30. Said they were open until 2. Door was locked and it said drive thru only. Went to the drive thru and saw a worker smoking out back. They saw me and went inside but nobody answered the drive thru speaker. I drove around and all the lights had been shut off. No one would answer the door either. Absolutely terrible business and worker. If you were sold out, there should be a sign. This was pure laziness. I'd give zero stars if it was an option

Was at the restaurant today. I am so disappointed that it is only drive through. This was my first visit and was so excited because I go to Brugger Bagles for their vegetables bagle sandwiches. I went through the drive through and asked for the veggie sandwich on toasted asiago bagle. The girl was really rude and said we don't have that. Then I said you have a avocado veggie sandwich and I want it with toasted asiago bagle. She replyed that is what you should have said. Excuse me but do you hire rude dumb people. I left and did not make the order. Called the store manager and really think it was her that took the order. I could tell by her voice. Wow! I will tell all my freinds and family. You will loose business from this review and all the people I communicate my experience to. It doesn't stop there. It will trickle down to all of their friends and family. GOOD LUCK!

1st time @ this establishment.
Ordered the Tasty turkey sandwich w/onion, Cheesy hashbrown bagel w/onion & chive cream cheese, Strawberry strudel & Strawberry banana smoothie. (Was looking for hot tea, but they only have one choice, earl grey)
I used the drive through, their menue has no listings for their strudels,muffins, or cookie. The drive-through attendant was confused that those items were not on the menue board, but she was courteous.
After getting to my destination, I noticed the chips that came with the sandwich were not included & the onion was also left off the sandwich. The food itself was very fresh & tasty, along with the smoothie. If I go back, I will go inside where I have time to check consistently of what is ordered.
Chose 3 stars due to the drive-through menue board not having all available items listed, missing items ordered, lack of hot tea choices & and the length of time to receive ordered items.

Wow this place is going down hill fast after a certain manager left. I would drive here all the time to get their Bacon, Avocado and turkey sandwhich, the last few times they didnt even know what sandwhich I was talking about ,made it wrong ,left the bacon out ect.. one day they closed so they could make more bagels, next day I went back the rude worker didnt know what sandwhich I was talking about , they finally made it but had to wait at the window for a good 10 minutes even though they had several workes back there, my bag was sitting on the counter so I finally honked and the worker opened the window with tons of attitude and handed it to me There was not only no sauce on the sandwhich but I found a hair in it....NEVER going back this place will be shut down within a few years

Arrived to a closed restaurant at my pick up time. They also can not issue a refund for the food you paid for but did not recive...you have to go online for that🤣
