Are you not sure what dessert to have at your wedding? Choose Eileen’s!!! They went above and beyond for our wedding dessert and our “cut the cookie.” From communication to high quality cookies, everything was top notch. We had a great experience with Eileen’s. Fantastic! I ordered a 16” chocolate chip cookie-cake and it was ready the next day. The lady on the phone who took my order was very thorough and my cake came out excellent. When I went in to pick it up the next morning, the staff was very friendly and even gave me a sneak peek before I checked out. I chose a design number from their website with different words and I absolutely love how it turned out. It tastes amazing too! I will definitely be ordering from this location again.

We used to use them for school fundraising. After the change of ownership, they made it so difficult that we can't do this anymore. They also couldn't tell us if they would honor our previously purchased certificates. Food: 3 Service: 1

Ordered decorated sugar cookies twice in the past two weeks for my daughters' birthdays. In the past, the icing work/decorating was spectacular, but this time they were sloppily done (basketball) and hardly recognizable as to what it was supposed to be (bees). Still tasted great and the kids were happy, but not the decorating quality we'd received in the past. Guessing, like most businesses, they are struggling to get/keep (skilled) workers, or in this case, decorators. Would still order from Eileen's in the future.

Really tasty cookies! Especially the huge cookie! Nice employees too! But one downside is that when I turned in an application, they didn’t call me back or even email me back to follow up. It’s been like 3-4 weeks and didn’t even inform me about the job. I did email them, but never received an email back. 🫤

Some of the best cookies ever! Reasonably priced for gourmet cookies. We bought two dozen for $30 decorated with cute Santa faces, reindeer and Christmas trees. Quality look and everyone loved them.
