I don’t have enough good things to say about Ebon. I’m here frequently, and the staff is always so friendly and makes me feel welcome. The coffee is consistently good and definitely the best I’ve had in Billings. And I just love the atmosphere, it’s a great place to come and relax, to come study, or to meet up with a friend. I love chatting with the crew here! I’m not a regular by any means but I have drank my whole cappuccino while visiting with my barista while they are making it and we had such great topics of discussion we carried on long enough for me to finish their largest size cappuccino. Ebon offers great coffee and beverage choices. We love that they serve flavors and items uniquely theirs and made in house. Tasty breakfast items, kombuchas, coffee based beverages, and more. The baristas are personable and helpful. Only flaw for us is the atmosphere: Ebon shares a large industrial space with a children's museum/activity center that can be quite noisy. Ebon has limited seating options, but the live plants and local art and gifts are fun! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
