The Staff is always incredibly friendly, that has been consistent at every Dutch Bros I've ever been to. However, twice now I have gone to this location and ordered the salted Caramel Protein latte and it never tastes the same as at the other locations. I am not even sure I am receiving what I am ordering it tastes so different. Super disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a terrible experience with customer service via email. Made me stop patronizing for a good year at least. I visit maybe once every 6 months now instead of daily. It's probably a good thing.
