I’ve recently began coming to this Dutch and I’ll be honest, of all the Dutch Bros I have been to, the staff here is consistently unfriendly. This is, of course, not all the staff, however, more times than not the staff gives off the same customer service as a McDonald’s—annoyed you’re there and that they have to do their job. I hope we can just be a little more conscientious of how we interact with others. I know you all work hard and deal with so much through the day, but I try to be ready with my order, payment, and app and try to be friendly. Hopefully something can be done to boost morale at this location. Food: 4 Service: 2
