All the little kids there are rude as heck. They worrying about playing, talking to their friends or being in their phones instead of showing good customer service. I will literally never spend another dime at this location. I wish I could make a review with 0 stars. Management needs to find real good people instead of nasty rude little kids. I am actually giving this location a NO star! I’ve been coming to this location bc it near my residence and this Dunkin manager does not know how to run this place she’s rude and disrespectful, she yells at her employees in front of customers treat them like garbage, snatches hot drinks out there hands and throws it in the trash because she doesn’t like the way they made it. These employees deserve to be treated better and like humans with respect. Literally 30 minutes later I realized they must have filled the cup with ice to the top of the cup. Effectively making a large cold brew priced-small iced coffee. I think this is a bit unfair, you can see the line for Ice goes 2/3 up the cup, and they literally just don’t care that a couple sips empties most of the coffee here. Bunch of lazy ghetto idiots with no common sense I asked for a bagel twist toasted with cream cheese I got a deconstructed version and an up charge on cream cheese because them doing there job and putting it together is too much work for them bad service won't go there even to use there free wifi !!!!!!
