Standing here for 15 minutes with employees walking back and forth and not one acknowledgement, no "we'll be right with you" or "sorry, we're a bit swamped" nothing. I try to be understanding with service people. I know they get a lot of abuse for lots of hard work and terrible pay, but some sort of acknowledgement that I exist would be nice. Especially since it doesn't seem busy at all. I didn't sense any urgency or feeling rushed that happens during busy times. People just meandering back and forth. What the hell is going on here? This isn't the first time it's been like this either. Also, locking the bathrooms is really annoying when you can't get anyone's attention to give you the key to use it.
