I orginally called the store to see if they had any opening positions they were looking to hire, how the manager responded was so arrogant and careless and seem like she did not want to be there. Just by the tone of her voice it was like she’s just there to clock in and collect her check and clock out. Honestly I’m glad I’ve had that experience because that sets the tone for myself. I’m a very outgoing friendly person as well as over achieving and that it not the type of manager that would be a fit for me. I also asked if she knew anywhere else that’s looking for openers (within her branch) and she would not / failed to tell and or point me in the direction to do so or figure it out. This manager gets -0 stars from me. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The lady at the drive thru was very rude and combative also refused to take my order and told me verbatim "you can go to another dunkin" very unpleasant do not recommend this one on 66 Montello thus unprofessionalism happens too often here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
