We ordered two medium coffees. Not the problem. The wait time in the line is. We do understand that people ahead of us may have ordered a ton of items… again not the problem. The problem is, the staff, not in a personal sense, but as it pertains to their job. Training is lacking, there were no smiles, no greeting of hello or hi or anything. Looking through the window at the other employees they looked empty and unmotivated. No sense of urgency to help the customer or increase the throughput of the drive thru. Revenues and reviews get better if the staff is happy and buys into the culture of the franchise. This is vitally important to running a successful business not just because it’s an easier drive thru to get into than the other in town. This might reflection of leadership and the culture that is fostered at this location. The coffee as usual was great. Thank you Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
