Customer service is terrible. The manager always has a poor attitude. The assistant manager had an even worse attitude. Asked specifically for certain munchkins and they gave me a terribly attitude and a face about it. Pre ordered donuts for today and paid and no one knew what I was talking about. Back in February I ordered a cake and they had no idea the difference between cakes. It took a half hour or more to place the order. Every time it’s an attitude from them. I will not be returning to this location. Service: 1
