Ever since new management has taken over this store has gone down hill. I’m the only one at the driveway and have to say something for someone to take my order , coffee isn’t consistent and sometimes comes burnt , they claim to never have a lot of things and most all the customer service is terrible now. The new manager always has an attitude at the window and tries to rush people out in a hurry so they won’t notice the the mediocre / burnt drinks they’ve been handing out lately . This my go-to Dunkin store and I love it! The coffee is great of course, but what makes it a wonderful experience are the lovely staff members inside. Edda at the drive-thru window is the kindest and most hard-working I've ever seen - always greets with a "Good morning" and a big smile. She's the best!! At one earlier visit. There was no one at the drive-thru menu and when we went up to the window there was no one there either. We went into the store and ordered our coffee. Today was the opposite, we skipped by the drive-thru and went straight into the store. There was no one at the counter, apparently they were all working in the drive-thru window.
