Did the mobile order 10+ minutes ahead of time got there and it still wasn’t ready. Went in there to grab a quick coffee, and waited about 10 minutes while the lady in front of me was getting donuts. She kept switching back and forth about what donuts she as going to get, and the employee gave her them in a box, then she came back and wanted to switch some out. They had two registers, and the customer had already paid. At least get the employee who wasn’t doing anything to quickly take an order from other people waiting. Finally got to order my coffee that took the employee 30 seconds to make, and the flavor wasn’t mixed in at all, so I couldn’t drink it all because of the flavor piled at the bottom.
