I’ve been here twice. The first time I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was cold, hard and just terrible. I waited a few months and decided to swing by and get donuts and a coffee. Donuts were stale and the iced latte was watered down. This location must have poor management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When we came in with our kids they were so excited to get Dunkin’! The girls were on their phones. No one even spoke to us for the longest time. No hello nothing just them complaining about who was or wasn’t coming in and listening to voicemails. So we finally got the donuts. But they were crunchy and dry! Terrible experience! 1/14/24 @7:00. Stopped by to get a coffee, greeted with trap music coming from the speaker… order coffee 2 girls stand around as my coffee sets at least 10m a guy who works there who is actually “working” finally hands me my coffee without him they would need to shut the place down. The two girls who are on their phones standing around doing nothing need to be replaced… manager review the cameras. I will gladly drive to scooters fast better coffee and service! Literally the worst Dunkin I go to by far. We usually go to the BG locations, or anywhere else if we're out of town & it's fine. But the Dunkin in Glasgow is consistently bad. Most of the time I go here, I can't even drink my coffee because it won't be right. & don't even try to get the maple snackin bacon because they won't put the maple shake on it, they'll just give you plain bacon. Some of the rudest employees I've dealt with & they either arent being trained well, or simply don't care to do their jobs right. Food: 1 Service: 1
