A 6 month young Dunkin’ franchise in a much-needed location. Am sure it pulls a few clients from Starbucks down the road.
It is clean and of course new, with the beer tap draft design counter display and color scheme.
Simple on and off of Rt 78 and the speedy Martinsville Rd drivers make this a busy drive-thru 👍🍩
Unfortunately, one doesn't notice it traveling northbound. Maybe a sign has not been erected?

Convenient location but the few times that I have been to this new location, my coffee orders have been made incorrectly and made completely opposite of what I mobile ordered. One drink that i ordered with oat milk was given to me with regular milk (and the add ins for oat milk aren’t cheap). Unfortunately by the time I tried the drink, I was already home and it was a hassle to go back.
Today, I decided to give this place another chance thinking that maybe the staff just needed more training or were overwhelmed with orders, but I came this evening and ordered an iced coffee with pink velvet swirl and a cream. Again, I tried it when I got home and it tasted like gingerbread or chai, completely not what I ordered (and I have ordered this same drink order at another location near me that made the drink exactly as I ordered it). I am very disappointed because the ingredients are on the mobile order sticker but it seems as if they either put my order sticker on someone else's drink, or do not check the ingredients before making the drinks. To me, this could also be a food allergy concern.
If you go here, please check your drinks before you leave. Staff was friendly but I am unhappy that they were unable to make the drinks as I had ordered.

Regarding service if there was a zero rating I would pick that,extremely rude...they don't even give a paper napkin or sugar sachet for a 20$ spend.

This dunkin' donuts don't have senior citizen discounts, therefore two stars but they offer senior citizens discount, in other dunkin' donuts. Then they get the five star but until then they are just alright All of the dunkin' donuts have senior citizen discounts

Very clean, not busy, has its on and off times of business good products, coffee doughnuts, and sandwiches. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Handicap accessible plenty of parking.

I ordered snackin bacon and it was not fresh. He tells me they can't do it fresh what since does that make that's nasty. U selling processed bacon u cook from 8am. Int he morning it's now 10:44 am. Then I go back and ask for fresh ones. And the ignorant people made me wait he act like he put more and still gave me more cold bacon. Like I'm a flipping idiot. I love dunkin but what is it coming too $12.00 a day. Just don't make since.

This brand new location is a Dunkin On Tap, which offers their signature cold beverages using a tap system typically used at a bar. Staff is friendly and helpful and service is fast and efficient both in store and drive-thru. The bakery display case and cold beverage case are well thought out as they are front and center (by the order counter) with the perfect sight height for little ones or those with mobility challenges.
The store is located near the entrance/exit of a large office campus, close to hotels as well as a major highway (Rt. 78) with plenty of free parking and several tables available as an eat-in option. Order counter, dining area, store entrance and rest room are all handicap accessible.
