I went this morning to get a coffee and hash browns, the service was impeccable, they were extremely friendly and got my stuff very quick.

Service is great - quick and employees are friendly. However, I have ordered a bagel with cream cheese multiple times from this location and each time was super inconsistent. Sometimes the bagel is nearly raw (no toast), and others it is burnt to crisp. Most recently the bagel was incredibly doughey, under toasted, and about 1/2 as much cream cheese as you’d expect to make this halfway decent. Drinks are good, but food seems to be inconsistent and disappointing. For the bagel with cream cheese price of $2.99, I’m better off going across the street to Panera.
