I think it's pretty funny that they'll make you wait five plus minutes at the pay window while your drinks are literally sitting right there. While walking away multiple times with smirks on their face. Well guess what I was smirking as I was driving away. Thanks for making my drink anyway. Glad I could waste your time too. I did not pay. Jokes on you. Every time I go here they never make the iced caramel macchiatos correctly. They're supposed to put caramel sauce in the cup and it never tastes like a caramel drink it tastes like a regular coffee so I might as well just get a regular coffee and pay way less.

The people taking the orders at the drive through needs retrained. No personality at all. Not the first time. The coffee was beyond bitter. Couldn't drink it. My wife loves to stop here and grab an iced coffee. I enjoy getting a breakfast sandwich. Wasn’t bad honestly but my biggest complaint is they are no longer carrying mayonnaise packets! They used to. I am writing this for the sake of the owner. I entered your store and was scowled at by 4 employees who proceeded to not serve myself at the register. When I walked over and asked for help they walked away. I am a properly dressed and professional business owner, no gang signs or tattoos or racial slurs on my body, nothing sexist anywhere on me or out of my mouth. The only words I said were "May I please order" and I was as kind as possible as I have worked food service before and understand it is hard. But this? This happened the morning of February 9th, 2024. Those employees need to be retrained as they are costing business and garnering a poor reputation for your store. Service: 1

First off all I want to start off by saying DO NOT GO HERE. I went on 1/16/24 and let’s simply say a blindfolded monkey could take orders and make food way better than anyone there can. 5/5 times of being here they have messed up my order. Every time I get home to enjoy the simplest of breakfast food I open the wrapping to a very HORRENDOUS makeup of what I ordered!
