Please take this as constructive criticism. If you guys keep deciding to lie about your cold brew and give people iced hot brew coffee, you’re going to lose customers. Cold brew is not the same as iced coffee. Its a whole different brewing process. It’s okay to just say “I’m sorry, we’re out of cold brew”. That would be the respectable thing to do. I get that you might lose a customer for that day, but you would be keeping a customer for life if you would just tell us the truth. Customers value honesty. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar, it was completely white and tasted like watered down sugar milk. Very unhappy with the quality of the drink.
