This place is doing a great job. My order was perfect. Highly addictive food here, so you have to be careful. Large iced coffee has about the same sugar content as a Giant Hersheys Bar. Food: 5 Service: 5

It takes time to train and get started with all new people , but the service is always on point. Amazing customer service! I love the variety of breakfast and lunch foods, and always loved munchkins ! Give them a chance, they have the sweetest workers there. I can't give a review on service since I ordered only a small coffee at v drive thru. No one acknowledged I was there after I pulled up to the window. They were all inside standing there. I ordered a black decaf coffee I left without the coffee and I never paid because they never acknowledged me at the window. By far one of the worst dunkin' experiences. I grew up in a place Dunkin donuts were everywhere. I was excited to go and get a good coffee well I won't be going to the Franklin Kentucky Dunkin again. Service: 1
