My son got a cup here as a gift. It broke within 24 hours. I drove over 40 minutes to bring the cup back for a replacement. The shift supervisor and the manager Jocelyn would not replace the cup and refused to assist me in any way. My son is devastated, he was so excited about his new cup and then it broke so soon. The past four times I’ve been to this Dunkin in the month of December my order has been messed up every single time, no one runs the register inside so if your gonna order there forget about it unless you want to stand around for five minutes waiting for someone to notice you. The coffee never tastes right nor has the right flavoring in the drink the food is cold and mobile ordering is all over the place 0/10 terrible service and environment Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

November 18, Saturday around 12 noon I decided to grab a quick breakfast while out running errands and placed my mobile order. When I pulled in, the line was wrapped around the building and probably about 80% of the parking was taken up. I went in to wait and there were other people waiting for pickup as well as people ordering. Overall, they were absolutely slammed but all of the employees held their cool and moved through the orders very well despite being busy and I’m sure running out of product like crazy. Do not waste your time stopping at this Dunkin’ Donuts. This is the third time that I’ve stopped at this place I drive through Hamburg often. And every time I get a latte, hot latte and it is Luke warm. I don’t understand the problem. Just don’t waste your time. Unless you want a cold, iced coffee, then get that but if you want a hot coffee or a hot latte, you are out of luck. Service Take out

In the middle of my order the girl just cut me off. I use to work at a dunkin so she should have let me finish because I know how to order there. Then on top of that I ordered a decaf iced latte and ended up getting a regular one. I have to have decaf because of medical issues. Then I ordered my husband a frozen coffee they didn’t put none of the flavors he wanted in. Whoever the girl was she was very unprofessional and then came to the window to see who it was that ordered the things. She had a whole attitude. I mean she should have just called off if she was gonna have that type of mood today. I stop at this location at least 3-4 times per week. We'll today I ordered a wrap and it was NOT fully cooked, some parts still ice fold. Then they served a few people before me. I know fir a fact that I ordered before them. I ordered on my app and the walked in at the counter and ordered and received their coffee before me. I am a truck driver on a scheduled and this was a bad experience. I should have returned the wrap, but I was in a rush. Bad morning fir me at this DD..
