The atmosphere is inviting. The young ladies behind the counter were very quick and relayed that they were out of the bagel, I ordered. It took less than 5 minutes to get in and out. Sandwiches are ok, donuts are good when they have them. Off site baking makes the selection very hit or miss. Miss the days when Dunkin did all the baking on site and replenished every few hours. I don't drink coffee. If I did, I'd save a grand a year making my own. The people that go to dunkin screw up traffic and the parking lot. They could make the best coffee in the world, but the customers are stupid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worker that waited on me (couldn’t get her name) was sweet but the only thing I can’t get is the unbelievable random customers from different states that’s about it the coffee is delicious that’s what matters the most. Will never go again. Due to dietary restrictions we asked for milk that was unsweetened they said they did not know if they have that so we asked for cream which they said they cannot do, and we were not given any other options. Staff was simply not helpful in suggestions for substitutions....when we had gone here the last 2 days in a row and they had no problem making the drink with cream, as long as we paid extra. Haley at the register and Amanda the manager should work on customer service skills as people do want to participate in going out but have dietary restrictions. Service: 1

Employees don't know how to make the drinks and are extremely slow. Waited in a huge line for 20 minutes before just walking out. Never going here again. During our wait in line they kept telling other people they were out of certain things like plain bagels. It was 8am in the morning how are you out of plain bagels already? My mother told them that she is allergic to milk and they continued to put milk in it!!! She got a huge rash so we had to take her to the hospital where she lies currently I am very upset with this service!
