Whoever's idea it was to put a brand new employee on the cash register during a weekend rush should honestly be demoted. Even when a manager came to help, my order was still placed wrong, I was charged for something I didn't even get. And when there's a line for the drive through, it blocks people who parked to walk in. Not the fault of the staff, just bad layout design. Upon being greeted at the drive thru this morning I heard no response after placing my order...waited a little bit and then said hello? There was still no response so I drove up to the window where the associate said: "We don't have an order for you!" Really?! You asked me for my order and I provided it to you so what exactly are you people doing over there when people are placing their orders? Probably would have been better to just ask again what my order was instead of acting dumb! The issues continue at this location. I would recommend others to visit locations other then Twinsburg and Streetsboro as they have had a history of poor customer service. Service: 1
